Scandinavian-Style Condo Renovation
When our clients downsized from a large two-story townhouse to a dated 1980s condo, they wanted a home that was just as inspiring and functional as their former space. We reimagined the layout to open up the galley kitchen with a large pass-through, removed decorative columns, and reconfigured openings to improve flow and furniture placement. Custom touches like a built-in dining banquette, paired with clean, Scandinavian-inspired finishes, created a beautiful backdrop for their art collection while ensuring the home could shine for cooking, entertaining, and everyday living—proving that a smaller footprint can still deliver big on style and comfort.
With the right design choices, less becomes more.

We can read a room.
But first, we need you to be an open book. We want to hear your thoughts and ideas. We want to know what frustrations you’re experiencing with your living space. Where does it fall short? What do you love about it? We want to hear about your children and family. Is your family growing, or are you downsizing? What is your lifestyle? Are you homebodies? Do you enjoy entertaining? Is your style formal or casual? While listening, we observe, imagine, and generate ideas to fix what isn’t working.
